Accessibility statement

Ratewise aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The service supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and labels, screen-reader status messages, reduced-motion preferences and text resizing without loss of content.

If a document or workflow is inaccessible, email support@getratewise.uk. Tell us the page or case reference, the format you need and how to contact you. We will provide a reasonable alternative and record the defect for remediation.

This statement was prepared on 13 July 2026 and is reviewed whenever a material workflow changes. We test public, account, checker and case-management flows with automated checks, keyboard-only navigation, focus inspection, text resizing and reduced motion. Any confirmed limitation is logged for remediation and an accessible alternative is provided on request.
